Before Dispatch: You may cancel your shipping order at any time before your parcel is dispatched from our facility.
After Dispatch (Within India): If your parcel has been dispatched but is still within India and has not entered customs, you may request cancellation. Once approved, the refund will be processed to your Indian bank account only.
Cancellation within 5 days of payment: If your payment was made through our payment gateway and your cancellation request is approved within 5 days of payment, the refund will be reversed automatically by the payment gateway to the original account used for payment.
Cancellation after 5 days: For approved cancellations requested after 5 days of payment through the payment gateway, the refund will be processed via PayPal. Applicable PayPal transaction fees and charges will be deducted from the refund amount and will not be borne by the company.
Payments made through other methods: If the payment was not made through our payment gateway, the previously stated refund rules will apply. Refunds will be made to an Indian bank account, while refunds to foreign accounts will be processed only through PayPal, with applicable transaction fees deducted from the refund amount.
Parcel in Customs: Once your parcel has left our facility and entered customs, the shipping order cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be provided for the shipping charges.
You may cancel a Help Me Shop order within one hour of placing it.
Approved refunds will be processed to an Indian bank account. Foreign account refunds can be made only through PayPal, with applicable transaction fees deducted from the refund amount.
Service charges and platform fees are non-refundable, even if the order is cancelled.
